Ordering and payment procedures

Delivery

Shipments are made at the address indicated on the order form which can only be within the agreed geographical area. The deliveries are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, Courier carrier, delivery service with follow-up. SAS Boisnature'l will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of its package by e-mail. Delivery times range from 2 to 10 working days and are given only as an indication, if they exceed 30 days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. The buyer is delivered to the address indicated on the order form. In case of absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage, allowing him to contact the transport company and plan another delivery. The transport risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of Boisnature'l. The buyer is required to check in the presence of the postman or delivery agent, the condition of the packing of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during carriage, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Withdrawal

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
