Ordering and payment procedures

To order, the buyer must create an account on the site. The account creation section is accessible directly from the home page. On each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), will have to identify with his identifiers.

We offer the buyer to order and settle their products in several steps, with two payment options of choice:

Alma (payment by credit card) This method of payment allows you to purchase on commercial sites in complete peace and order in one, two, three or four times (additional fees may apply). The multiple payment is eligible only for orders between EUR 50 and EUR 2 000.

PayPal or Visa/Mastercard credit card (via PayPal) PayPal helps protect your credit card information through one of the most efficient fraud prevention and security systems on the market. Your financial information is never disclosed.

Delivery

Shipments are made at the address indicated on the purchase order, which must be within the agreed geographical area. They are provided by La Poste via Colissimo, UPS, GLS, Mondial Relay (domicile) or any other courier with follow-up, depending on the volume, weight and place of delivery.
We will provide the buyer, by e-mail, with the tracking number of his package.

Delivery times vary according to our order volumes and the resupply time of the goods. We strive to reduce the preparation time to a maximum of four to five days before dispatch. This consists of carefully preparing your order and organizing a removal with the most suitable transport partner depending on the goods to be shipped and the destination of the shipment. Delivery may vary between two and ten working days depending on the destination, weight and volume indicated on the order form. This information is indicative. If these exceed 30 days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

In case of absence, the buyer will receive a notice of passage allowing him to contact the transport company in order to plan a new delivery.

Transport risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the goods leave our premises. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods at the time of delivery.

In the event of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier and to our customer service within three days of delivery.

Withdrawal

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
