Ordering and payment procedures

Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the site www.https://boisnaturel.com/gb/. The account creation section is accessible directly from the home page. On each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), will have to identify with his identifiers. The company Boisnature'l offers the buyer to order and pay for its products in several stages, with two payment options to choose from: Alma (payment by credit card): this method of payment allows you to buy on commercial sites in complete peace. PayPal or Visa/Mastercard credit card (via PayPal): PayPal helps to protect your credit card information through one of the most successful fraud prevention and security systems on the market. Your financial information is never disclosed.

Delivery

Shipments are made at the address indicated on the purchase order, which must be within the agreed geographical area. They are provided by La Poste via the COLISSIMO service, courier carrier with follow-up. SAS Boisnature'l will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of the package by e-mail. Delivery times vary between 2 and 10 working days and are given for information purposes. If these exceed 30 days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. The buyer is delivered to the address indicated on the order form. In case of absence, he will receive a notice of passage allowing him to contact the transport company in order to plan a new delivery. Transport risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of Boisnature'l. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the post office or delivery agent, the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods at the time of delivery.

In case of damage during carriage, any claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Withdrawal

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
