Delivery

Deliveries are made at the address indicated on the purchase order, which must be in the agreed geographical area. They are provided by mail through the Colissimo, UPS, GLS, Global Relay (home) service or any other courier carrier with follow-up, depending on the volume, weight and place of delivery.
We will provide the buyer, by e-mail, the tracking number of his package.

Delivery times vary depending on our control volumes and the replenishment time of the goods. We strive to better reduce preparation time to four to five days before sending. This is to prepare your order carefully and organize a removal with the most adapted transportation partner according to the merchandise to be shipped and the destination of the shipment. Delivery can vary between two and ten business days depending on the destination, the weight and volume indicated on the order form. This information is indicative. If these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

In case of absence, the buyer will receive a passing notice to contact the transport company to plan a new delivery.

The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the delivery man, the condition of the package and the content of the goods during the delivery.

In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be carried out with the carrier as well as from our customer service within three days of delivery.

Withdrawal

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the costs of back.
