Article 3. Rates

Article 5. Reservation of title

We retain full ownership of the products sold until the price is fully collected, in principal, including fees and taxes.

Article 6. Withdrawal

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Article 7. Delivery

Article 8. Guarantee

In extreme cases where we find that we are not in a position to ensure delivery within a maximum of 30 days, we will refund your order in full within the same period.

These conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes or disputes, the Court of Commerce of Epinal (Vosges) will have sole jurisdiction.
